We must appreciate the financial consequences or pressures of a poorly performing property investment. We do.

As the real estate professionals, our job is to bring both of these realities to bear on our agent-client relationship. Both agent and client must continuously test the need for profits with the nature of rental markets, aging properties, and all of the other things that come with being in the housing industry.

We do so with great appreciation for client differences. Our clients are very diverse in terms of place of residence, work experience, knowledge of construction or home repair, desire to participate in management, capitalization or funding for their investment, understanding of Landlord Tenant laws, exposure to Fair Housing scenarios, known strategies or philosophies for risk management, and familiarity with the rental market in Richmond.

Professional and other references from previous management, vendors, or tenants may be requested. A face-to-face meeting, property inspection, and questionnaire must be completed. Discussion about management fees will begin after the initial screening and meeting.

How it works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
