Is my maintenance issue an emergency?


Emergencies Include:

1. Security or Health Hazard
2. Electrical outlet smoking/sparking
3. No heat
4. No hot water
5. No Electricity (please call electric provider first)
6. Water flooding
7. Sewer backup
8. Clogged toilet (single bathroom units ONLY)
9. Entry lock malfunction
10. Lockout (locksmith coordination for additional fee)


Routine maintenance includes:

1. Lost Key
2. Stopped up toilet (mutil-bathroom units)
3. Sink clogged
4. Leaky faucet
5. A/C not functioning
6. General Repairs


Please note that service response times for emergency maintenance are dependent upon the availability of certain subcontractors.
